James initially worked with Edward Erdman in their investment department in London. James has a broad knowledge and contacts with people from all aspects of the property industry.

As well as his full time role with Urban Edge James has recently been seen on television as the resident expert of "Hot Property" and also finds time to act as Chairman for Stirling Ackroyd, a premier central London agency practice he set up in 1985, specialist in both commercial and residential markets.
